Phase 5: Next, on the page click on "Select Your City" and choose the city name correctly.
Step 6:After receiving an application online, fill it up and upload the required documents.
The payment method will appear on the screen when you've completed your application. Following successful payment the user will receive an acknowledgement number as well as a receipt.
The receipt can be sent to the registered mobile and email. Then, the customer should present the receipt for payment along with the required documents to the office of the ward.
